Mission Statement
BAPAC’s Sacramento mission is to identify, document, effectuate and develop the political resources necessary to achieve educational equity and excellence for children by promoting prosperity-economic development, social justice and equal protection under the Constitution through public safety, protection of rights of all citizens through the support of lawful rulings. All of this while promoting cultural and heritage events to educate African-Americans on our rich traditions and contributions to California's history and growth.
